Belt Types
Full Eye Links
Full eye link belts feature eyelinks lying against each other with openings equal to the wire diameter. Designed without spacers or perpendicularly welded under wires, they provide excellent flow-through where no cross-support is required. Often used in food processing for flat conveying surface, open mesh configuration, and easy cleaning. Easily repaired with minimal cost.
Pressed Eye Links
Ideal for applications requiring minimal openings. By flattening the eyes of the eye links, the openings between links become smaller, making this type appropriate for small and fine-structured products.
Welded Eye Links
Eye links welded onto location wires create modules that allow for very narrow or wide openings. The underwelded wire eliminates potential bacteria traps, making cleaning and sanitation easy and efficient.
Pressed and Welded Eye Links
Combines stable belt construction with small openings for drainage. Our precise welding process enables production of modules with very small intervals between eye links, allowing assembly of very broad belts.
Eye Links with Springs
Springs create dimensionally stable belts for heating or freezing applications. The wires can move on cross rods, and springs expose large proportions of connecting rods for improved cleaning. Provides good shock resistance and resistance to lateral forces.
Eye Links with Bushings or Washers
This variation uses bushings or washers between wires to increase belt gap, allowing more air circulation around product bottoms for improved process efficiency. Results in heavier, more rigid belts.
Edge Configurations
Eye Link Belt with Welded Edge
Features plate links at both sides with cross rod far ends fitted with washers and subsequently welded for thorough finishing and desired bearing surface.
Eye Link Belt with Reinforcing Plates
Typical edge style with solid metal plates added before connecting rod welding. Belt edges formed by two or more rows of plate links. Additional reinforcing plates can be added at edges or across belt width to enhance strength.
Eye Link Belt with Chain Edge
Belt edges formed by hollow pin chain with links and chains assembled on cross rods fitted with welded rings. Provides enhanced tracking and reliability as an alternative driving method.
Eye Link Belt with Side Guards
Can be equipped with customizable side guards to prevent product from falling off. Height and shape can be customized for specific products or applications. Side guards can also be inserted at various points across belt width for product separation.
