The trolleys are suitable to hold bakery trays 400 x600mm and 460 x 660mm with tray depth range from 20 mm up to 90mm deep. Of course, we can also customize the trolley according to the tray size
All standard wheels are 4″ polyurethane swivel casters, 2 with brakes.

Bakery Tray Trolley Feature
1. The incubator is made of two layers of stainless steel with a layer of foam in the middle, which can better keep warm.
2. Replacing 2 small fans on the back with 1 big temperature control side fan and placing the 2 heating pipes beside the
fan can make the hot air fill the whole space faster.
3. 3-4 heating pipes are installed in each basin to make water evaporate faster.
4. Each basin has a floating ball in it. When the water in the basin reaches a certain height, the floating ball will block the
water inlet and the amount of water will not increase any more.
5. Each trolley is equipped with a temperature detector and humidity detector to monitor the internal temperature and
humidity at all times.
6. Each trolley has four casters with brakes, which can fix the trolley in place.
