Product Overview

High-quality stainless steel tray trolleys designed for efficient bakery and food handling operations. Featuring detachable construction and durable components for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food processing facilities.

Key Features

1. Food grade material, material is stainless steel 201, 304, aluminium alloy, they are all food grade, safe for used on food.

Flexible design, except the standard sizes ( 15, 16, 30, 32 layers), a customized one is available, we can totally process as per customers' requirements and according to size of the tray.
Multi thickness for your choice: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 2mm etc, customers can choose as per need.
Strong load capacity, it can bear heavy goods, usually around 100-300kg.
Using laser cutting technique, surface of the trolley is smooth with no burr, which keeps safety of the users. 6. The trolley has stable structure, it runs smoothly while using. 7. Using stainless steel mesh as raw material, it has good corrosion and abrasion resistance, it can be used under both high and low temperature environments. (under different temperature, we use different kinds of wheels.)
It has exquisite workmanship, and it's easy to install, use and maintance.
With wheels installed, the baking tray trolley is movable, which brings much convenience.
It's widely used in all kinds of food fields, such as baking, drying, dehydration, also, used in slaughter houses.
